Caring for your purchase

We recommend wiping clean jackets and trousers to prolong the life of your garment. Wiping clean helps protect the waterproofing inside and reduces the impact on the environment. Machine washing should be kept for the worst of cases and you should follow all instructions on the label.

If your garment includes a membrane, it is important that you do not add fabric conditioner when washing the garment. The membrane ensures that you are kept dry when wearing it, and that your skin can breathe. If you use fabric conditioner, it will clog the pores in the membrane, and significantly reduce the garment’s breathability. In order to maintain the permeability of the membrane, it is a good idea if the garment is completely dry before it is packed away, and that you do not store it in a very warm or humid environment.

We’ve created this smock with plenty of storage solutions including, two front pockets, two hand warmer pockets and a radio pocket, all with waterproof zippers. This smock has a YKK zipper as its main central zip as well as zippers on each side for easy access. For your antenna, we created a reinforced exit and an elastic strap. Complete with not only a detachable hood, but detachable artificial fur, Neoprene storm cuffs and an adjustable waist, the Lady Gabby smock encompasses that feminine fit and style that every Lady strives for.
